Know in minutes whether you can win the deal

4 min readVictor Pettersson, IT-säkerhetschef, Sokigo

A tender or procurement questionnaire arrives, and buried in it is a security section that decides whether you can bid at all. The usual move is to forward it to the compliance team and wait, and by the time a carefully hedged answer comes back, the momentum is gone.

Aquil's Requirement Tracker gives sales a faster, and more honest, path: turn the customer's requirements into a verdict you can act on the same day.

Paste the requirements, get a verdict

Import the customer's security lines and run the analysis. Each line is matched to a requirement (an exact-text pass first, then AI assistance for the rest) and answered from your confirmed capabilities. Every line comes back in one of four states: Proven, Claimed, Gap or Conflict, with a summary of how many actually still need a person's attention.

Instead of a vague "we'll have to check," you get a punch list: here is what we can already prove, and here is the short list that needs work.

Find the dealbreakers early

The most valuable state is Conflict: a requirement your platform actively contradicts, like a data-retention window shorter than the one you enforce. Those are the answers that sink a deal in the security review, after you have already invested weeks. Surfacing them at the questionnaire stage means you negotiate, scope around them, or walk away early, on your terms.

Answers your compliance team already stands behind

Sales isn't inventing anything here. The four states are computed from capabilities a human confirmed and the evidence that backs them, so what you tell the customer is exactly what your ISMS says. No overpromising in the heat of a bid, and no awkward walk-back when the technical review starts.

Every deal makes the next one easier

Because answers are shared capabilities, closing a gap for one customer answers the same question for the next, and counts toward your framework posture at the same time. Your sales motion and your compliance programme stop being separate efforts and start feeding each other.

The security questionnaire doesn't have to be the step where deals stall. With your capabilities in one place, it becomes a quick, defensible yes, with a clear list of exactly what, if anything, stands between you and the signature.
